Upcoming October ARES meeting information

Hi, everyone!

KEØLMY here!

We have so many things to cover in the upcoming ARES meeting and we welcome any suggestions which you think could be helpful to our club!

On the agenda so far, we have:

-taking orders/payment for ARES shirts/vests
-testing will be available for all levels of radio licensing
-securing a presence at Warsaw Pioneer Heritage Days as well as taking volunteers to man KD0CNC’s Emergency Trailer and demonstrate the radio usage
-taking steps to make sure our members are provided with information on all required certifications
-setting up future practices/drills
-discussing the Zello app and possible applications
-discussing improvements to the website (Member of the Month, Emergency information list, Becoming a Ham resources/useful links, etc.)

We hope to have great attendance at the upcoming meeting so everyone can provide ideas and participate in all of the fun activities the BC ARES is hosting/participating in for the next couple of months!
